Sloop, aluminium mast and boom, Harken roller-furling unit, stainless steel standing rigging. In February 2007 rigging was surveyed and serviced with most running rigging replaced.

Total: 3 - Main, roller-furling Genoa, 1 other. Mainsail cover.

WINCHES

Total: 4 - Make: Lewmar. 2 x No.44 Primaries, 2 x self-tailing Coachroof. 2 Winch handles.

ENGINES

:

22hp Yanmar 2QM20, 35L diesel storage in 1 stainless steel tank, 6 batteries - not all fitted but are rotated between boat and house for maintenance, 3-bladed fixed prop.

STEERING

:

Pedestal wheel cable steering, Wheel pilot (needs attention).

ELECTRICS

:

2 Uniden VHF’s, 16 mile Koden MDL-7 Radar, Navman Tracker 5505 GPS chart plotter (new Dec ’07), Navman 3100 echo sounder (new Dec ’07), 75W solar panel with regulator, Nova 8A 220V to 12V power supply (new Dec ’07), shore power cable and connection, clock, barometer.

ACCOMM

Total berths: 6 - 1 cabin, 2 doubles, 2 singles, heads with manual pump plus electric macerator pump, basin, Denim material upholstery, Teak and Holly veneer on Marine ply floor, standard modular Petersen 33 interior in good condition, wood trims need some TLC.

GALLEY

:

2-Burner Pacific stove and oven, Defy microwave, Isotherm 12V fridge/freezer (new Dec ’07), 2 gas bottles, single GRP sink, pressurised cold fresh water system.

PLUMBING

:

50L Water storage in 1 stainless steel tank, pressurised cold fresh water system, 2 bilge pumps - 1 electric and 1 manual, 1 electric bilge pump spare and 1 spare water pressure pump.

SAFETY

:

10kg Bruce anchor, chain and warp, 6 life jackets, harness, 2 life rings, danbuoy, 2 fire extinguishers, radar reflector, boat hook, black ball, bucket, wooden bungs, drogue, bosun’s chair, first-aid-kit, 6-man Eurovinyl life raft (serviced in 2008 - valid for 3 years), SA Sailing Category C safety certificate - valid till January 2010.

REMARKS

:

Yacht needs a clean up but is in good sailable condition and moored in a sought after marina. Owners are forced to sell after an unfortunate medical scare.
