Sloop, Bellamy aluminium mast and boom, removable inner forestay, Profurl roller furling unit, stainless steel standing rigging (checked and renewed by Associated Rigging ’06/’07).

SAILS

:

Total: 9 - Make: North. Fully battened Main with Stack-pack & lazy-jacks, Blade heavy weather jib, 2 roller-furling Genoas, hanked Code 1 Genoa, Spinnaker, Gennaker with snuffer, Storm jib, Staysail. Mainsail cover. 120% white r/furling Genoa and Main have seen use; others are in v. good condition.

WINCHES

:

Total: 6 - Make: Lewmar self-tailing. 2 x No.46 Primaries, 3 Coachroof - 2 x No.40 and 1 x No.16. 1 x no. 16 astern on port cockpit combing for r/furler.  3 Winch handles, all lines lead aft, 2x6 new spinlock jammers in ’08.

ENGINES

:

18hp Yanmar engine - prop shaft checked and renovated ’07, water impeller and thermostat new 2006. New cooling water float tank and filter 2006. +/- 55L diesel storage in 1 stainless steel tank, 3 Deltec 1250 batteries new ’08, 2-blade fixed prop.

STEERING

:

Tiller, Autohelm tiller pilot. New rudder bearings ’05.

ELECTRICS

:

VHF, Furuno Radar, Stowe: echo sounder, log and wind instruments, Windex, 3 compasses - 1 handheld and 2 bulkheads, battery charger, shore power connection and cable, clock, barometer, radio/tape music system.

ACCOMM

:

Total berths: 8 - 2 doubles, 4 singles, heads, shower, basin, blue woven material upholstery (recently laundered and re-zipped), Teak and Holly floor, interior is well maintained with woodwork in good condition. Doubles forward and starboard aft with a large single berth port aft, saloon can sleep 3 at a push. Lee cloths for all bunks.

GALLEY

:

2-Burner stove, oven and grill, fridge (under seat), cold-box in galley, gas bottle, single stainless steel sink, manual and pressurized cold fresh water system.

PLUMBING

:

+/- 175L Water storage in 2 stainless steel tanks, pressurized cold fresh water system, 3 bilge pumps - 1 electric and 2 manual.

SAFETY

2 Anchors, chain and warp, 7 life jackets, 8 harnesses, 2 life rings, danbuoy, 2 fire extinguishers, C & N flags, radar reflector, boat hook, black ball, bucket, wooden bungs, torch, bosun’s chair, first-aid-kit, 8-man Viking life raft - new ’07 next service due 2010, SA Sailing Category B safety certificate valid till Nov ’09.
