Description

For such a small waterline the VT950 offers space and living area not seen in a multihull of its size. She has a very spacious, light and airy interior.

With two steering stations you have the choice of enjoying sunshine on the flybridge or escaping the weather in the saloon. The new underwater shape and volumous hulls allow enough surface area to propel her onto a plane, offering high speeds and great fuel efficiency.

The galley and saloon offer 360* views and the hulls are beamy, meaning open plan living instead of the usual stuffiness of compartmentalised boats.

The VT design maintains the good points of the Prowler lineage...

High Bridgedeck clearance at speed

Exceptional seaworthiness

Soft ride in rough conditions

Easy beaching

Fully protected motors

The hulls have good headroom at 2m.

The fore cabins have queen size berths with loads of locker space and with the two single bunks in the port hull she can accommodate six

The cockpit is large and wide - perfect for outdoor entertaining. This flows into the saloon with a large single door. The large comfortable saloon and galley with lofted ceiling gives and awesome feeling of space, headroom and allows heat to escape through the ceiling hatches.

Windows all the way round gives an unobstructed panoramic view of the water

and the middle window forward at the saloon steering station is a flat panel window giving clear vision forward.. A small breakfast bar and stools extend the galley area aft into the cockpit.

Outside, the decks are spacious and uncluttered. The forward deck is roomy and flat, having no trampoline with plenty of locker storage for gear.

The flybridge offers a high vantage point to sit and sip your cocktail from while you sit at the Targa bar under a fold out bimini

Between the Targa legs there is an added full width seat for more comfort. Hatches in the lofted ceiling area allow drinks to be handed up from the galley.

Motors:

The VT allows a very wide range of choice in fittings and options.

90hp outboard motors are ideal for the lighter requirements but will handle up to

150hp for clients looking for speeds above 30knts or expecting a heavy load.

Diesel motors are also an option as there is plenty room under the cockpit floor to house them. The motors sit off-centre leaving a large boarding area for easy access from the marina or dinghy. This area will also accommodate a swim ladder.

The dinghy is stored on Davits aft of the cockpit seat

The VT950 is construct pre-cut Duflex (balsa cored) flat panels and West System epoxy products, enabling this design to be built quite quickly

The Prowler 950VT is designed to suit a very wide range of applications. Due to her payload she can accommodate a luxurious fit out or be built as a spartan weekender

She makes a perfect charter boat, recreational cruiser, sports fishing boat or workhorse for commercial fishing.
